("Sonari," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and processes information when you access or use Speak2Easy (the "App"), a language-learning mobile application and related services, which is owned and operated by Sonari Inc., as well as any associated websites, content, tools, or features (collectively, the "Services").

Speak2Easy is a proprietary application and product of Sonari Inc.

This Policy applies to all users of the Services, including children who use the Services with parental consent and supervision.

Subscription and Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription or make an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple processes your payment. We do not directly collect or store your credit card number or payment instrument details.

We may receive and store the following transaction-related information from Apple:

  • Subscription status (active, expired, canceled, in billing retry, or in a grace period)
  • Purchase and transaction identifiers
  • Product identifiers and subscription plan details
  • Purchase and renewal dates
  • Free trial and introductory offer eligibility and usage
  • Cancellation date and reason, if available
  • Price and currency at the time of purchase

Diagnostic and Feedback Information

If you choose to submit feedback, bug reports, or support requests through the App, Speak2Easy may collect limited diagnostic and contextual information to help us understand and resolve issues, improve performance, and enhance the user experience.

  • Battery status and level
  • Device thermal state (e.g., nominal, fair, serious, critical)
  • Available storage space

2. How We Use Information

We use information collected through Speak2Easy and the Services to:

  • Provide pronunciation analysis and learning feedback

  • Manage accounts, subscriptions, and payments
  • Verify subscription status and provide access to premium features based on purchase records from the Apple App Store

  • Develop, operate, and improve the Speak2Easy platform including speech recognition and automated analysis tools

Location and profile information may be used to tailor content, recommendations, and regional settings.

Children may only use the App with parental consent and supervision. For accounts used by Children:

  • A parent or guardian's email address must be used
  • Parents may request to review or delete their Child's information
  • We rely on parents to supervise account creation and usage
  • We do not knowingly sell personal information or advertise to children
